A static site gathers very little
No accounts, no checkout and no analytics. Access logs and an inbox are the whole of what exists, and this page says what is in each.
The short version
gumipicks.com is a folder of static files on a web server. It has no database behind it, no accounts, no login and no form that posts anywhere. That architecture decides most of this policy on its own: a site with nowhere to put your details cannot gather many.
The two things that do get recorded
Access logs, kept by the web server rather than by any script on the page. A log line holds the address of the request, the page asked for, a timestamp and the browser string your browser volunteers. Those lines describe requests, not people, and nothing here joins them up into a profile of a visitor.
And email. Whatever you put in a message to us arrives in an inbox and stays there while it is being dealt with.
Absent by design
No advertising or tracking cookie is set from this domain. No analytics script runs. No pixel, tag manager or remarketing beacon is embedded. Card details never come near this site because nothing is sold from it: the checkout belongs to the seller and happens on the seller's own domain, under their policies rather than these.
The one outside request
Typefaces come from Google Fonts, so opening a page here makes your browser fetch two font files from that service, and the service sees the fetch. That is the only third-party call any page makes.
Email, and how long it is kept
Messages to contact@gumipicks.com are read, answered, and kept only while there is a reason to keep them - usually a correction that needs a record of where it came from. No list is built from them. Nothing is sold, rented or handed on.
Asking about what is held
Write to the address above and say plainly what you want: a copy of it, a correction to it, or its deletion. A request of that sort is answered in the same one to two business days as anything else.
Age
The audience for this site is adults of 18 and over. Nothing on it is addressed to a child and nothing is knowingly gathered from one.
Revisions
A revised policy replaces this one in place, with the review date at the foot of the page moved to match. The version you are reading carries 13 September 2026.
